Supervision for the Therapist You're Becoming
-
A Space to Grow, Reflect, and Connect
I believe meaningful growth happens when we feel supported enough to be honest and challenged enough to see things differently. My collaborative, relational approach to supervision draws from my experience in couples therapy, EFT, and culturally responsive care. I strive to create a space where you can strengthen your clinical skills, explore blind spots, and have honest conversations about culture, identity, and how our lived experiences shape our work—all while developing confidence in your own authentic voice as a therapist.

What You Can Expect
My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, and growth-oriented. Drawing from systemic and relational perspectives, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I help supervisees look beyond simply asking, “What should I do?” to understand the underlying emotions, attachment needs, thought patterns, and relational dynamics influencing their clients. My goal is to support supervisees in strengthening their clinical reasoning, selecting intentional interventions, and developing confidence in their ability to make thoughtful, effective clinical decisions.
Supervision may include case conceptualization, treatment planning, clinical skills development, ethical decision-making, self-of-the-therapist exploration, and attention to the cultural and relational dynamics that influence therapy.
My goal is to help you develop the competence, self-awareness, and confidence to become the therapist you aspire to be.

Who Is This For?
I currently offer outside supervision for clinicians who have secured, or are working to secure, their own employment or clinical placement. I do not currently offer employment or an internship placement with a client caseload through A New Thing Therapy.
Supervision may be a good fit if you're looking for a supervisor who values clinical competence, cultural humility, self-reflection, accountability, and the development of your own clinical identity.
Choosing a supervisor is an important professional decision. I invite you to schedule a brief consultation so we can discuss your goals, supervision needs, learning style, and whether we may be a good fit.
Make it stand out.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
